Happy Anniversary, My Beloved!!!

Once upon a time, there was a sad and lonely girl (me).

(Well I was not really that sad and technically I was not lonely...but I am trying to make the story sound good. )

The two little Prince's exclaimed, "Mom needs a husband, she is far too sane with only us two."  Giggling and laughing they skipped off to play and then conspired with Grandma and together they prayed, "Dear Lord, send Mom someone to love her, protect and provide.  Always give him the strength to stand by her side."

One day in waltzed Prince Charming in a long black leather trench coat (too scary to share with respectable folk).  He was the bad boy from the wrong side of the fence, but Grandma knew he was the one...she was not dense!  Slowly and surely, Adonai claimed his heart and then it was time for our love story to start.

It was like a fairytale...or perhaps maybe not.  The story comes complete with dragons and spells sent to hinder the story beginning and perhaps even to stop.  There is no castle or dungeon; yet there was chivalry and heroic tales of fighting for lady fair (who has naturally blonde hair by the way).

The day finally came when our wedding vows were made, to love and to cherish, to honor and obey.

And what of the Princes who so diligently prayed?
They shouted a round of Hip, Hip, Hooray!

Happy 1st Anniversary My Beloved!

"Let him kiss me with the kisses of his mouth—
For your love is better than wine."
